yes! Max and Fang all the way! lol My favorite authors are Eoin Colfer, J.K. Rowling (duh), Gath Nix, Cornelia Funke, Lemony Snicket, and Libba Bray. Not really in the whole vampire genre but whatever. hey! i've read all of the harry potters that are out namely from 1-6, i've also read the thief lord by Cornelia Funke and a book by libba bray although i can't remember it.. hehehe ;D to be honest, at the beginning, before i read twilight, i wasn't a very big fan of vampires.. luckily a friend of mine asked me 2 try it nd i absolutely loved it! btw, my taste in books borders on the romance genre, the authors that i lyk are Jayne Ann Krentz (a.k.a. Amanda Quick or Jayne Castle), Elizabeth Lowell, Jo Beverly nd much much more! ;D I'm open to other suggestions on what books are good 2 read! maybe you guys can suggest some.. I agree with practically all of that except I read mostly fantasy. ;D

Has anyone here read How I Live Now and/or Just in Case by Meg Roseoff? Perhaps some of my favorite books of all time...as well as anything by Scott Westerfeld, Markus Zuzack and Garth Nix (read all of their books). ^^; I tend to do that when I find a book I sdore - go through and read absolutely everything else they've written. Hehe.

To put it simply, it is perhaps the best trilogy I've ever read. (Twilight can't count it that, seeing as it's more than three books)
The characters are brilliant - as I said before, Scott Westerfeld is AWESOME! *Sigh* He's writing another book in the Uglies trilogy that's not really part of the story, but Tally, (the main character) is in it. It's called Extra's and the cover looks great!

You should just buy them - I don't know about over there, but they're not expensive. I bought the entire trilogy for $30 - at $10 a book, I thought it was a pretty sweet deal.

Hey... If anyone finds a site or something with the first chapter of Eclispe (sp?) please let me know i am DIEING to read it... OH and try reading the 2 books while listening to Classical Music... it did that and it BLEW my mind man lol... Vampires and Classical music just go together... lol i read book that boarder on romance too lol i really like Jane Austen her books rock lol... JKR is my Fave author but i have a feeling that might change... i ALMOST chose Ann Rice over JKR but then AR went all Religious and then that book series kinda died for me... so i just stoped reading about her vampires... then ... i heard of ... SM and her 2 books soon to be 3 lol and now i am in love with a Vampire or 2 lol hahaha... so yea.. amoung my fave authors list is JKR, JRR Tolken, Jane Austen, Stephenie Meyer, Edgar Allen Poe, and MANY MANY more... those were the first ones that i thought of though... lol but yea thats enough about me lol
