Absolutely! She's just hateful! What in the world would possess you to do such a thing Rose? Jeez. Does she have secret motives or something? lol.

Maybe she got mad because the attention was focused on Edward and Bella. Instead of, you know, um...her.

If you read the phone call from Rosalie's POV on Stephenie's website, you understand why she did it. Part of it was to save her family. They weren't happy with Edward depressed. Part of it was because the focus wasn't on her. 1. Edward never loved Bella, and thats why he wouldn't change her ~or~ 2. Edward loves Bella MORE than she can comprehend. Their bond is stronger than hers and Emmet's. Which do you think Rose wants to believe? She had deluded her mind into thinking that Edward never really loved Bella, so she thinks that he will be fine with the fact that she is dead.
And everybody here says that New Moon wasn't all that great. That Bella stiffed Jacob and just up and left him. NO!!! New Moon was wonderful. In a way, it shows you that Edward and Bella's relationship is stronger than Twilight ever let us believe. Yes, Edward leaving is the most depressing think that has happened in my life for...well, actually, ever, but it had to happen, no matter how many tears it induced. And Bella didn't just leave Jacob. Edward was going to DIE!!! She had to save him. What would you have done??? There was always the oppourtunity to make things up with Jacob later...or to try. But if Edward had died, Bella wouldn't have been alive anymore, and the fact that Jacob was there for her wouldn't have mattered in the least. Please, dont misunderstand. I love Jacob. I adore Jacob. But Jacob wouldn't have been happy with Bella if she was nothing more than an empty shell, either so engulfed in pain all the time or unable to feel any sort of emotion that his presence would have done nothing. Or worse yet, if she had comitted suicide because Edward was dead. She had to save Edward, and Jacob getting hurt just had to happen. Sorry.
Did that make sense to ANYBODY besides myself???

Don't worry, I got you vaudevillevamp. Rosalie is misunderstood because up to now, her character is purely two-dimensional. We no depth to her character. That outtake about Rosalie in Stephenie's site is the first glimpse we have to a more complex character, one that is not purely superficial. Yes, she's arrogant. Yes, she's superficial. But Rosalie would not be with Emmett if that was all she was. Rosalie is a lot stronger than we've seen. She saved Emmett when she carried him to Carlisle after he was mauled. He was bleeding the entire way yet she never hurt him. Before she even knew him let alone loved him, she was saving him. Someone purely superficial would not do that. It's why I'm so anxious to read Eclipse so we can finally get a three-dimensional Rosalie, one with feelings and a mind actually worried about the well-being of her family.

Yes, I deff think that New Moon added a whole new meaining to Edward and Bellas relationship. I really liked New Moon also because it let you see the other side of Jacob too. It was all goooood!

I don't like New Moon, partly because my mother told me what was going to happen before I read it, and partly because "The Thing" was such a big character in it.

I liked New Moon alot, because I love Jacob....But Stephanie made a big mistake in my mind about having Edward leave like that. Like I kinda knew something was gonna happen because of how he was acting, but I rushed through the WHOLE book until he came back and barley even knew about Jacob. But when I acctually read the book I fell in love with Jacob.

this book was my least favorite of the three. I definatly made a connection with him in the first book, and was very angry with him when he left, I was also angry when he thought that Bella was dead. He should have investigated further instead of taking the info second hand. but I like the end of the book when alice helps Bella stop edward from killing himself. that is probably my favorite part. Best of the worst I guess..,

Honestly I didnt like New Moon. It was still written well and It was ok, but I still cant remember details from it because I wasnt that interested... Like, when was Alice's full name mentioned??? And what happened with house arrest? Or was Bella using it as a metaphor for being grounded? Probably. It just didnt interest me ALL that much...

I don't enjoy new moon as much as i enjoyed the first book, Twilight. New moon is so full of drama and i'm so sick of it. My favorite book in Twilight saga are Twilight and Breaking dawn. Is is full of suspense and action.

I don't like New Moon compare to the other books. I find it boring especially when Bella is crazy and trying to be in danger all the time. I can't understand the whole drama why Edward had to leave Bella at all because of he thinks Bella is always in danger with him. When in the first Bella, with or without him, Bella is always in danger because of Victoria's revenge.
