Some enjoy it, because of the intendtion (Sp?) you get. Other dispies it, because of the intendtion (Sp?) you get. Username/Display Name: WaruiUsagi Why do you want to be a reporter?: I absolutely adore writing. Articles, stories. I love it all. Why do you think you will make a good reporter?: Well, I'm anal about things like grammar and attention to detail. I find the whole process very enjoyable and because of that, I do tend to devote a lot of my spare time to writing. Do you have any previous experience?: Yep - I used to write articles for my school newsletter and although they're not articles, I do write a lot of fanfiction, so I get plenty of practice. How much time will you be able to spend on your articles?: I tend to spend a few hours a day writing. I'd probably spend a couple of hours on it, depending how long it was. Article: Amore Di Anima’s Debut On the 13th April, 2007, A Twilight fansite with a catchy Italian name – Amore Di Anima – was launched into cyberspace. It’s only been a month and so far, there are already over fifty members. “It’s great being one of the first to join,” said SuicidalBunni, the nominated Co-Head of the website. “Because we’ve been here from the beginning, we’ll get to watch the site grow and prosper. It’ll be interesting to see how it will continue to grow.” And growing it is! Already the website offers a multitude of activities: RPG and forum games; various competitions; posting and reading fanfiction and fanart; hard-core discussion on all of the different books in the Twilight Series, right down to the individual characters, as well as general discussion on just about any kind of topic. “But what makes this site really unique and challenging,” said WaruiUsagi, who is the head of the werewolf clan. “Is that as soon as you join, you’re split into different species – the vampires compete against the werewolves for reputation through all sorts of great competitions. Who will win?” The site’s creator, Dazzle, (who is appropriately deemed “the Volturi”) has indeed created a very friendly and familiar online environment – something that’s not always easy to do nowadays with forums and blogs growing rapidly in popularity. “It’s definitely a place I like to keep coming back to,” said azure, a member from the site. “It’s so much fun because you get to talk to people who are all interested in the same things you are. Little details like each member's individual Karma meter allow people to see just how much their input is appreciated. It's great.” And so with so many promising qualities, one can definitely see Amore Di Anima becoming quite the hub for Twilight Fans in the future. As for the quotes, I sorta made them up just for the articles sake...although I have had a discussion with other members that follows along these lines. I wrote it out as a newspaper article simply because The Twilight Times is going to be a newspaper, isn't it? Anyway, that's my little piece. Man, that's embarrasing to read. LOL.

Why do you want to be a reporter?: The written arts intrigue me. . . I love everything from fiction to romantic poetry.
Why do you think you will make a good reporter?: I'm very thorough with my writing. I love looking up information that is not required, but will make the article worth reading. Plus, I'm very honest with my writing and just as a person, if I think that something "sucks" I'll say it and I'll make others believe it.
Do you have any previous experience?: A few months ago I served as the Public Affairs Officer of my JROTC unit. I wrote about 3 of the articles and served as the editor. I'm really big on grammar and spelling. It's kinda gotten a little to the point where people would call me OCD.
How much time will you be able to spend on your articles?: I would spend as much time as needed to make them perfect. I love the whole writing process so I would be willing to spend about 2 hours a day to make my articles worth reading.
A little preview of my work:
~Stephenie Meyers Continues On~
With three books already published and at a point where many authors would end their stories to subdue any further complications, Stephenie Meyer has made it public that she has no intention on quitting with her beloved novels. She has already completed three books and is currently working on the fourth that will be released sometime during the fall of 2008. Titled "Breaking Dawn" it will continue the romance of Ms. Isabella Swan and her beloved boyfriend Edward Cullen. The two starcrossed lover have met many challenges and those are not to end in the coming stories. The modern day "Romeo and Juliet" have captured the hearts of many around the world and will hold onto that bond for decades to come.
Note: This isn't anywhere near my best work, but it is a small glimpse of what I can be capable of .

Why do you want to be a reporter?: Anything to do with writing, keeps me happy. I find writing a great way to spend my free time.
Why do you think you will make a good reporter?: I think I will be a good reporter because I can summarize things without adding unnecessary details that lead readers away from the subject, or bore them.
Do you have any previous experience?: Yes I was on my schools paper, only briefly though.
How much time will you be able to spend on your articles?: As much time as is needed for the story, from ten minutes to a whole afternoon.
Sample: The news of Breaking Dawn is buzzing around the nation and excited Twilight fans stand outside bookstores around the world, eagerly awaiting the opening. When those doors open fans flood the entrance and grab the nearest copy. They all move on to the lines and purchase their copies of Breaking Dawn rushing home to begin reading the long awaited book.
This really isn't my best work, but right now I can't think of anything to write about off of the top of my head.

Username/Display Name: jane Why do you want to be a reporter?: I love Twilight and I love reporting. Why do you think you will make a good reporter?: I am very good at gathering information. Do you have any previous experience?: Yes, I was on my scool paper. How much time will you be able to spend on your articles?: As much time as I need, but about an hour to 30 minutes most days. Here is my article:
The buzz is deafening on Twilight the movie, based on Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. Recently, as the movie moved from post-production to in-production, more actors to act in the movie were announced by Summitt Production. Bella Swan will be played by Kristen Stewart. To play Edward, there is Robert Pattison. For Alice, we have Ashley Green. Rosalie will be played by Nikki Reed, Elizabeth Reaser is Esme, Emmett is Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli is Carlisle, and Jackson Rathborne is Jasper. Who will be announced next? I will keep you posted on Twilight the Movie annoucments.
Sorry it's so short. I would have included more people, but I didn't want my story to be boring. Warning: This is NOT my best work; I can do better.

Why do you want to be a reporter?: I would like to become a reporter here on Amore di Anima, because I am a huge fan of Twilight and I love to write.
Why do you think you will make a good reporter?: I have the right resources and I can manage to find the necessary information when a job calls for it.
Do you have any previous experience?: Yes, I write for my school’s newspaper.
How much time will you be able to spend on your articles?: I think it would depend on the article. I can spend a lot of time or little time on articles. The shortest amount of time would probably be 10-15 minutes. I always put effort into even the smallest of articles.
Please write a short article (can be made-up and about anything you want) and post it below:
Is Robert Pattison good enough to be Edward? That is the question we have all been asking ourselves since he was casted as Edward. We all know that Edward is portrayed as unbelievably gorgeous, not to mention, he is nice, smart, and romantic. Edward is any teen girl’s dream guy. I don’t think anyone in the world or even the whole universe could fill those shoes. A controversy has risen between all fans of this bestselling series. Girls around the world complain that “Rob isn’t pretty enough” or “he’ll be a terrible actor and screw it all up!” To answer this question that so many of us are stressing over, I will quote Stephenie Meyer; No human actor is pretty enough to really pull off a vampire. ~nadiahale123
