Breaking Dawn: Book Four in the Twilight Series
December 2006 Update: Little, Brown Books for Young Readers has officially contracted with me to continue the Twilight Series. Breaking Dawn is tentatively set to be released in the fall of 2008, but making that deadline depends entirely on how fast I can write! Breaking Dawn is still in the outline stage, and if you don't see me around much in the next year or so, that's why.

me too. I hate it when you start a book that you love and it just stops after the second one.

Same here! i would love to find how it's gonna end but i'm gonna miss waiting for the next plot and stuff.. but i think it's a good move on Ms. Meyer's part to end it with four books. I don't know if a show and a story have anything in common but i've observed that as a story/movie is further prolonged it gets tedious and it also sumhow loses it's essence...

The story has to end somewhere. Run-on stories never work out the way you hope they will. I'm obssessed with this story and will hate to see it end, but I'm too excited to see how it turns out that I can't be completely sad it's going to end.

I'd hoped it be like 5 or more books! Oh, well, I'll have to deal with it!

Indeed. You know it has to end sometime. Let's just hope it ends well for Edward and Bella.

Wait. There is five books... After Breaking Dawn there's that other one. It's not really considered a 'new' book since it's Twilight from Edward's POV..

Well, Midnight Sun doesn't really count as part of the main series per se. It's more like a side story; a companion to Twilight. But it's the one I really want to read. We know how Bella thinks - it's pretty easy to judge how she reacts in certain situations, but Edward is different. He's so mysterious. It's too hard to tell exactly what he'll do. That's why I'm dying to find out what he was thinking in certain points in Twilight: like that part where that group of men almost raped Bella. We know he had a difficult time controlling his temper, but just how bad was it???
