Ooh, definitely me too! These people BETTER NOT mess up our fantabulous Twilight! It's perfect just the way it is ;D And it's exactly like ya'll said. I'm so anxious! I mean, we're going to build up these fantastic expectations after how AMAZING the books were, and then we're going to be so disappointed when they Disney-ize it or take out one of our favorite lines or don't capture Edward's perfection nearly well enough Oh well. Even if the movie isn't perfect at least they're making one. But I swear, if they change the Cullens' eye color-- Okay. I'm calm.

Well, at least they won't disney-ize it since it's a MTV, Paramount film. And personally, I normally like MTV films....
And they won't change Edward's eye color. I know for a fact they won't. His eyes are his signature, and there's always color contacts so there's no way they will change it

Just throwing in my two cents. I think I would be excited if they decided to actually make Twilight a movie, and I would think seriously about going to see it, but I wouldn't do it. Couldn't do it! I would be too heart-broken if they messed up the plot, and I don't want my view of the characters to be distorted by television. I like how I can think of the book now without placing it with scenes from a movie.

Yeah, I'll definitely go see the movie but I'll complain about it afterwards! ;D

I thought all of the Harry Potter movies were kind of bad, except for the first one. I was so disapointed

I completely agree with you!!! OMG! Who's read the update on Twilight the movie? I know, it's not a huge thing but there was something that horrified me. Emma Roberts as a choice for Bella. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Ok, I seriously think I wouldn't be able to watch the movie if she were in it. I'm sorry to all you people who like her but she bothers me and I could never picture her in a serious vampire movie. No offense to anyone...

I agree completely petaldust!!! NO EMMA ROBERTS. I will only settle for Emily Browning (I love her!). Or myself of course, not that that's EVER going to happen ;D
Why oh why did Henry Cavil have to age. I know that sounds stupid, but I was so happy imagining him as Edward! I don't like her other choices. Grr.

Yes, I agree, I don't like any of her other choices except Emily Browning.

No offense, but I think she would butcher our beloved Twilight with her popstar ways I would definitely have to boycott the movie if she was cast as Bella. I don't mind her as Jessica though

Emily Browning for Bella. I saw her a few week's after I read Twilight in Series of Unfortunate Events (I love that movie) and I said, "Huh, she'd make a good Bella." And then I find out she's Stepenie's first choice which brightened up my day considerably.
Henry Cavill never really struck me for Edward. I guess I was expecting something...more.
