Very true. Like Kreacher, for instance... "Master, please... once more. for luck?" or something like that. That's one great thing about JKR, her characters are all real and you can relate to them. Beside Ginny and Harry. Ginny (the way I think has been affected by fanfiction though) is a Mary Sue. and with Harry there is only one word you can describe him as: Angst. All her other characters are amazingly real... Her entire plot, her story structures, characters, etc. are most likely flawless. Yes, I agree completely with that! But I have to say, I think JKR is an amazing writer! I mean, we can't say much about her just cuz of how she writes romance. That isn't what her books are about. Yes, she focuses on love a lot but romance scenes don't matter much at all in the books. They're just for character development.

My sister went on Wiki and found out some more information on what some of the characters became later on: Harry becomes Head of the Auror department, and Arthur Weasley repairs Sirius's motorcycle for him, which he now owns. He can no longer speak Parseltongue, because the fragment of Voldemort's soul was removed. Ron worked for George at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, then also became an Auror. Hermione first worked for the Ministry of Magic in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, improving life for house-elves and the like. Then she switches to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, getting rid of 'oppressive, pro-pureblood laws.' She also finds her parents in Australia and removes the memory modification charm. Go to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_potter_and_the_deathly_hallows and then scroll down to Rowling's commentary and supplement. They also have information on Luna, Ginny, Fred, Kingsley, Firenze, Umbridge, etc. It's pretty interesting!

And keep posts on-topic. Actually, I've caught a few other one-word posts from you.
As for the interview: about Sirius Black "That man's got a lot of fans."
And I am proud to say I'm one of the hard-core Sirius fans.

Hmmm...Sirius in book 7...well, he looked happy enough when Harry called him back with the ring, remember? He couldn't be too sad about dying. After all, he was reunited with Lily and James. And Remus, later on...(sadly.)

This thread will be locked soon and all conversation continue in the other Harry Potter thread. People have already had enough time to find and read the book so there's no worry about spoilers. I'll lock it in about a week and place the last posts here over there so conversation can resume normally.
Remus and Tonks...I stopped reading for a while. I was just stuck on that line where they were described as if they were sleeping.

sometimes they don't know what they are talking about though sometimes the characters make there own decisions and thats just the way the author writes it down like Stephanie

I CAN NOT BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENS TO FRED! I wanted to KILL J.K. Rowling when I read that! I love Fred! (You know what I mean). And I really did start crying when Harry brought his parents and Lupin and Sirius back with the resurection stone. But one thing I don't get was the King's Cross part. Is the screaming child thingy supposed to be the last part of Voldemort's soul? Oh, wow. I have alot more to write but my fingers hurt from writing too much on other boards...okay? Back to Harry Potter. I think it was a good finish. I had heard that at the end, J.K. Rowlng, originally, was going to have Harry feel his scar burn, and then finish it where his scar burns and it leaves you hanging, but I'm glad J.K. changed it. That wouldn't have been the happy ending. Even though I do like the endings J.K. have, because they are so full of life and don't seem too, unrealistic. Anyway, yes, I'm happy with the book. And I think I alread said that....
